Brightshores Health System celebrated a significant milestone today, holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the installation and commencement of operations of a second Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine in its Medical Imaging Department at the Owen Sound Hospital.
This expansion is part of Brightshores’ ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare services in the region and ensure that physicians have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. The second MRI machine will significantly increase the capacity for diagnostic imaging services, reducing wait times, and improving overall patient care.
Ann Ford, President and CEO of Brightshores, attended the event and said, “We are thrilled to introduce the second MRI machine at the Owen Sound Hospital.
