Patient Survey
We are resuming sending Patient Surveys via email to randomly selected patients who have received Emergency or inpatient care at any campus of Brightshores Health System.
If you have received a survey via email and wish to have your name removed from our list, please contact Sarah Collins, Administrative Assistant, at 519-376-2121, ext. 2837 or scollins@brightshores.ca.
