Ann Ford
Ann Ford is currently the President & CEO of Brightshores Health System, a large regional health centre that operates six hospitals located in the Grey Bruce region as part of an integrated rural health system.
Ann has spent much of her career in executive healthcare leadership and has experience with large project development and implementation working with provincial, healthcare partners and community stakeholders within both urban and rural communities. In addition to her BSc. Microbiology, Ann holds a Masters of Health Administration of the University of Colorado and is a graduate of the Advanced Health Care Leadership Program at Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto.
Rebecca Brookham, PhD
Locally raised in rural Grey County Rebecca is passionate about providing equitable and accessible health care in rural regions, while promoting the health of these unique populations. Her PhD research & health care experience contribute to a wide lens surrounding biomechanics, kinesiology, population health, infection prevention & control, workforce wellness, and organizational development.
Kailyn Clarke
Between her education and professional background, Kailyn is experienced in designing and conducting applied clinical research and innovation projects in a healthcare setting. Local to Bruce County, Kailyn is excited to use her expertise in innovation and passion for clinical research to serve her community.
Rebecca Johnson
Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in health service research from the University of Toronto and brings with her a professional background conducting research in both mental health and primary care settings. She has supported various healthcare quality improvement initiatives, and a has a robust background in research methods and design. Rebecca is passionate about using healthcare innovation to improve population health and increase access to care through an equity- and patient-centered lens.
